Ok, that may be common where you are. I've never seen it referred to like that and although I would understand what it means, I can see why someone could be confused. I see people use their store's common vernacular to customers all the time and it can be confusing if you don't work there. Hell, I know I used to do it when I worked at Taco Bell too. (eg, two soft with sour?)
