Hello everyone,
we are currently evaluating HAProxy 1.7.5 as a load balancer for one of
our applications. To try out how it is performance wise on Solaris 11 we
set up a small test environment of three zones containing:
1x HAProxy zone using this config (https://pastebin.com/pRkS1awt)
2x Apache Web Server zone
When benchmarking using "/ab -n 5000 -c 200 https://*internal IP of
HAProxy zone*//" we noticed that the requests are hitting the HAProxy
zone without any problems but were processed to the Apache zones kind of
"blockwise". When using the same setup but instead connecting to the
Apache zones directly, all benchmark requests are handled continously.
Is this expected behaviour or did we do something wrong?
Thank you very much and best regards,
Daniel Heitepriem
